Get help

If a Rule behaves differently from what you expected, start with Troubleshooting. A single Rule Trace often makes the cause clear.

Tell us:

• What you wanted the player to see.
• What happened instead, and the shortest steps that reproduce it.
• Your Story Engine, Unity and Game Creator Core versions.
• Whether it happens in the Editor, a player build or both.
• The first relevant Console error and, when helpful, a screenshot of the Rule and its trace.

A small test scene is easier to investigate than a whole project. Remove passwords, tokens and unrelated assets before sharing files.

Questions about the guide are welcome too. Include the page address and the step that was unclear.

Story Engine is made by Bionic Productions. Game Creator and Unity are separate products from their respective owners.
